In February of 2024 Amanda and Jay expanded their catering operation into their Restaurant location at 650 Main Street, East Aurora. As the founders of Jay’s Artisan Pizzeria in Kenmore their background was certainly geared toward Neapoltian pizza at the time. But after Navigating Jay’s Artisan during the Covid 19 pandemic Amanda & Jay saw customer demand shift to a pizza that would be great for dine in but also hold up well in a box for takeout. At that point, they decided to create a pizza combining all of the characteristics they were after - with influences from New York, New Haven, Naples and Rome.

Concepts by Jay and Amanda have been featured in PMQ, Pizza Today, Women in Pizza, The Daily Meal, 50 Top Pizza, Eater, CBS Saturday Mornings The Dish and many more.

Amanda and Jay have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and have executed events from 10-400 guest. As caterers, Amanda and Jay were selected to make pizza at the celebrity wedding of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 2022.

Since going into business in 2015, Amanda and Jay have been at the forefront of evolving the pizza scene in Western New York. They pride themselves on creating a pizza that is driven by technique and top notch ingredients and creating new and innovate menu items.
