Pizzeria Florian Started as a boutique catering experience by veteran restauranteurs Jay Langfelder and Amanda Jones. Contemporary Neapolitan pizza combines with flavors from Italy and New York with a focus on local seasonal produce to make for a one of a kind dining experience. All the food is produced in a 900 degree mobile wood burning oven.

In February of 2024 Amanda and Jay expanded into their Restaurant location at 650 Main Street, East Aurora. While the pizza at the restaurant is certainly influenced by Neapolitan Pizza, Amanda & Jay saw the desire of their fans for a pizza that would be great to eat in house but take out in a box as well. At that point is when they decided to create a pizza of their own with all of the characteristics they were after.

Amanda and Jay were the founders of the O.G. Wood Fire Food Truck and Jay’s Artisan Pizzeria. Concepts by Jay and Amanda have been featured in PMQ, Pizza Today, Women in Pizza, The Daily Meal, 50 Top Pizza, CBS Saturday Mornings The Dish and many more.

Amanda and Jay have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and have executed events from 10-400 guest. As caterers, Amanda and Jay were selected to make pizza at the celebrity wedding of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 2022.
